The Administrative Affairs Division is concerned with organizing and following up administrative work within the college, coordinating official procedures, correspondence, and daily transactions, in a way that supports institutional stability and facilitates the completion of administrative tasks efficiently.

About the Division

The Administrative Affairs Division is one of the essential divisions at the College of Education. It follows up administrative and organizational work, preserves and documents official correspondence, coordinates procedures among divisions and units, and supports daily workflow to ensure accuracy and smooth completion of administrative services.

Transaction Organization

Following up and organizing administrative transactions according to official procedures.

Official Correspondence

Coordinating, preserving, and documenting official letters and correspondence.

Administrative Support

Providing administrative support to divisions and units to facilitate daily workflow.
