Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs

The position of Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs is one of the key administrative roles at the College of Education. It focuses on following up administrative and organizational matters, supervising the workflow within the college, and ensuring an organized academic environment that supports education, students, and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

Following up administrative and organizational affairs within the college.
Supervising administrative divisions and units to ensure smooth institutional workflow.
Monitoring the administrative and service needs of the college.
Organizing official correspondence and following up related administrative procedures.
Contributing to the development of administrative performance and service quality.
Coordinating with the Deanery, academic departments, and college units to achieve institutional goals.

The administrative vision is based on building an integrated institutional work system that depends on accuracy, organization, commitment to university regulations, and continuous development of administrative performance in line with the mission of the College of Education and Al-Zahraa University for Women.
