Al-Zahraa University for Women is making meticulous preparations to host the International Al-Aqsa Call Conference, organised by the Global Campaign for the Return to Palestine.

The University was selected to host the conference as a global scientific and heritage landmark that draws its values of virtue and knowledge from the thought of the great Lady Al-Zahra, Fatimah (peace be upon her), as stated by Al-Sheikh Yusuf 'Abbasi, General Coordinator of the Campaign.

For his part, Al-Sheikh Mohammed Adeeb Yaserji expressed the solidarity of the Iraqi people with Palestine and their support for its cause through knowledge and thought.

The dialogue and tour concluded with remarks by Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, the University president, who affirmed: “Our hearts are with Palestine, its people and its land, and the University’s grounds are dedicated to knowledge and working for truth.”
