Ms. Hanan Farouq Mohammed, Director of the Central Library at Al-Zahraa University for Women, received a delegation from the Information Systems Division of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Holy Imam Hussain Shrine, headed by Mr. Ali Mohammed Hussein. The visit aimed to explore the library’s current operations and learn about key developments in its service infrastructure and knowledge resources.

 

During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the library’s services and operational procedures, as well as ongoing efforts to improve the library’s working environment and enhance service quality in line with advances in knowledge and technology.

 

The visit also included discussions on ways to strengthen mutual cooperation and exchange expertise in information systems and library service development. These efforts aim to draw on institutional experiences and leverage available technological and knowledge resources to improve operational efficiency and enhance the quality of services provided to researchers and library users.
