As part of the College of Education's commitment at Al-Zahraa University for Women to fostering scientific research and encouraging students to engage in high-quality academic publishing, the graduation research of Anwar Al-Zahraa Firas, a student from the Department of English, has been published in the international peer-reviewed journal Jurnal Pembelajaran, Bimbingan, dan Pengelolaan Pendidikan, Volume 6, Issue 11 (2026).

The research was supervised by Asst. Lect. Hussien Jawad Abdulridha and is entitled:

"A Probabilistic Inductive Model for Translation Error Analysis among EFL Learners through Al-Sadr’s Induction Theory."

The study applies Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Al-Sadr's probabilistic induction theory to the analysis of translation errors made by EFL learners. It proposes a probabilistic model capable of predicting recurrent translation errors, offering valuable insights for improving translation pedagogy and addressing learners' linguistic challenges.

This achievement reflects the fruitful academic collaboration between faculty members and their students and demonstrates the Department of English's dedication to promoting research excellence, encouraging student scholarship, and contributing to innovative studies in linguistics and language education.
