Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH), Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Noor Hatif Al-Dabbagh, the College of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop entitled “Medicinal Plants and Cosmetic Products.”

The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Fareed Mohammed Fawaz, who addressed several scientific themes focusing on the use of medicinal plants in the production of cosmetic products, the mechanisms for selecting natural materials based on scientific principles that ensure effectiveness and safety, as well as exploring future prospects for developing this field in line with modern trends.

This workshop comes as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to support the practical aspects of scientific knowledge and to connect them with the professional demands of the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.
