Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Iman Samir Bahiyya, the Department of English organized its annual festival in conjunction with the Department Day, in a distinguished academic and cultural atmosphere that reflected the spirit of creativity and excellence among students.
The festival included a variety of academic and literary activities and competitions, including poetry writing, short story writing, and translation contests, in addition to several other events that contributed to highlighting the students’ linguistic talents and expressive skills, reflecting the academic and cultural level of the department.
The event witnessed remarkable attendance from faculty members and students, as the festival provided an interactive space that supported creativity and encouraged academic and cultural competition, in line with the university’s goals of nurturing young talents and developing their academic and intellectual abilities.
