Historical Background of the Department of Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics at the College of Education, Al-Zahraa University for Women, was established in 2018 according to Ministerial Order No. 2189 dated 2018/12/6. The department carries a mission focused on educational quality and the application of an academic accreditation system aimed at graduating a distinguished group of students to serve Iraq and move forward toward a promising future.

Department Description

The Department of Mathematics focuses on achieving qualitative and quantitative development in society across various areas of scientific, educational, and cultural knowledge, both theoretical and applied. The department works to build an educational environment that meets the requirements of quality and academic accreditation and contributes to preparing students with scientific and educational competence to serve society and educational institutions.
