The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education – Al-Zahraa University for Women is one of the important academic departments that seeks to prepare qualified educational staff with strong linguistic, literary, and pedagogical knowledge. The department aims to enable students to teach Arabic language and literature effectively and to contribute to the development of educational and cultural institutions.

Course Overview

The academic curriculum of the Department of Arabic Language includes a set of linguistic, literary, critical, and educational courses taught over four academic years. The program is designed to develop students’ understanding of Arabic grammar, morphology, rhetoric, literature, criticism, and teaching methods. It also aims to strengthen students’ research, analytical, and academic writing skills.
